Hinge Boring Options

- Single panel doors up to 26" wide and 48" high: 1/8" tolerance.
- Multi-panel doors up to 26" wide and 48" to 65" high: 1/4" tolerance.
- Multi-panel doors up to 26" wide and 65" to 84" high: 5/16" tolerance.
- Single panel, single opening frame-only, and mullion doors exceeding 26" wide and 48" high are not warranted (mullion lites are excluded from the opening count).
- Doors that are wider than 26" or taller than 84" are not covered by our warranty.

Finish Options
All custom cabinet doors and drawer fronts are sanded before the finish is applied unless requested by the customer. Sanding is not applied after a single prime coat. Instead, our team applies it between coats and after on a prime double coat.
Doors Size Specifications and Tolerances
We manufacture all wood products to the nearest 1/16" or 1.6mm, allowing for a tolerance of +/-1/32" or +/-0.8mm.
Doors over 50” tall will include a center rail unless specified by the customer. No warranty is provided for doors over 50” tall without a center rail.
There is no maximum height or width for wood doors.
The allowable tolerances for bow, warp, or twist for 5-piece doors are as follows:

Step 1: Measure
Before submitting your quote or order request, you must first determine the appropriate measurements.
Our cabinet doors and drawer front order dimensions are based on the measurements for the actual cabinet doors, not the cabinet openings.

Visit our Doors Order page to fill out the quote and order form. Enter your details and door information.
New customers will receive a quote first, regardless of selecting 'order'.
Step 3: Confirm Order
Cabinet door quotes are delivered via email, where you may approve and convert to an order by clicking the ‘Approve Quote’ button within the email.
Once approved, new customers will be prompted to enter their payment information directly into our secure payment processor.
Once our team confirms your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement via email.
Step 4: Track Order Progress
Eagle Woodworking sends email progress updates as your order moves through our production stages:
1. Order acknowledged
2. Order scheduled for production
3. Order in production
4. Order complete.
Want to monitor progress yourself? Every customer gets access to an online portal that allows you to view and manage all your quotes, orders, and invoices. You can even use it to make payments.
Step 5: Delivery
Once your order is complete, Eagle Woodworking will package your drawers for delivery, taking extra precautions to ensure nothing is damaged during shipping. We offer an internal Eagle Delivery service or customer pick-up for local customers.
For customers outside of our internal delivery area, we will ship via small parcel or pallet, whichever is cheaper for the customer.

Where can I get pricing?
You can submit a quote request on our Doors Quote Form page. We return quotes within 1-2 hours during business hours and promptly the following business day if submitted after hours.
What is the typical lead time?
Our standard lead time for cabinet doors and drawer fronts is 2-3 weeks.
Our lead time is the same whether you need a single replacement cabinet door or a full kitchen cabinet doors order.
What wood types are available for doors?
We keep the following standard wood and material types in stock at 3/4" thickness only: maple - paint grade, maple, white oak, MDF.
Requests for wood types and thicknesses not listed above are available but may require longer than standard lead times. Other wood types include walnut, red oak, and cherry.
Is everything custom?
All of our products are fully custom, made to order.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the country. There are two main ways to significantly reduce shipping costs:
- Place a large order or series of orders we can palletize (15-20+ doors)
- We provide local delivery within ~90 miles of Lawrence, MA
Do you have anyone on staff who speaks Spanish?
Yes, our office staff is fluent in Spanish.
