  • Walnut Cabinet Doors Description

Walnut is one of our most premium wood types for a reason. It has a rich, natural color and a bold grain pattern that makes it stand out in any setting. Every walnut cabinet door we make is built from solid hardwood and finished to bring out the wood’s natural depth. Like all our doors, it’s made to order and built to hold up over time.

    • Solid walnut with a strong, natural grain
    • Durable hardwood made to handle everyday use

    Ideal For

Walnut cabinet doors are a great fit for kitchen design projects that call for warmth, depth, and standout material. Their rich tone and expressive grain elevate both contemporary and rustic spaces, and they complement transitional kitchens where natural wood is part of the overall look.

Walnut Cabinet Doors FAQs

Find answers to common questions about ordering walnut cabinet doors through Eagle Woodworking.

Where can I get pricing?

You can request a quote on our Doors Quote Form page. Most quotes are returned within 1–2 business hours. If submitted after hours, we’ll follow up promptly the next business day.

What is the typical lead time?

Our standard lead time for cabinet doors is 2–3 weeks. We do not normally keep walnut in stock for cabinet doors, which may require longer lead times.

What other wood types are available for doors?

We stock maple (including paint grade), white oak, and MDF in 3/4" thickness. Other wood types like walnut, cherry, red oak, and birch are available by request. These may require longer lead times depending on availability.

Is everything custom?

Yes. Every cabinet door is built to order based on your exact measurements, design preferences, and project needs.

Where do you ship?

We ship across the U.S. To help manage costs:

  • Orders with 15–20+ doors can be palletized for better rates.
  • We offer local delivery within roughly 90 miles of Lawrence, MA.
Can I stain or clear-coat walnut doors?

Absolutely. Walnut’s rich grain and deep color make it ideal for clear finishes or light stains. We recommend testing your finish on a sample for best results.

Are walnut doors available in flat panel or raised panel styles?

Yes. Walnut doors can be built in any of our styles, including flat panel, raised panel, and slim shaker profiles. You can choose the panel type and framing bead that fits your project.

Do you offer pre-sanding or finishing for walnut?

All doors are pre-sanded before shipping. We do not offer staining for walnut cabinet doors.
