Standard dovetail drawers are made fully assembled. Unassembled dovetail drawers are available upon request.
Drawer Box Sanding
After assembly, drawer sides are run through a side sanding belt, followed by two rounds of top sanding by hand to create a flat, flush top, and a final edge break post-finish.
Drawer Box Finish
After drawer box assembly and initial prep sanding, we apply two coats of clear pre-catalyzed lacquer by hand to ensure a consistent and smooth finish.
Size Specifications and Tolerances
Eagle Woodworking manufactures all wood products to the nearest 1/16" or 1.6mm, allowing for a tolerance of +/-1/32" or +/-0.8mm.
