How to Order Custom Cabinet Doors

Ordering cabinet doors online is straightforward. Simply provide your measurements, select your preferred style and material, review your quote, and we'll handle the rest.

Every order is reviewed before production to help ensure accuracy and keep your project moving.

    Before submitting your quote or order request, you must first determine the appropriate measurements.

    Our cabinet doors and drawer front order dimensions are based on the measurements for the actual cabinet doors, not the cabinet openings.

    Submit your door dimensions, style selections, material preferences, and quantities through our online quote form.

    Quotes are reviewed and returned within 1–2 hours during business hours, or the next business day after hours, allowing you to move from planning to production without unnecessary delays.

    Cabinet door quotes are delivered via email, where you may approve and convert to an order by clicking the ‘Approve Quote’ button within the email.

    Once approved, new customers will be prompted to enter their payment information directly into our secure payment processor.

    Once our team confirms your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement via email.

    Eagle Woodworking sends email progress updates as your order moves through our production stages: 

    1. Order acknowledged
    2. Order scheduled for production
    3. Order in production
    4. Order complete

    Want to monitor progress yourself? Every customer gets access to an online portal that allows you to view and manage all your quotes, orders, and invoices. You can even use it to make payments.

  • 5. Delivery

    • Step 5: Delivery

    Once your order is complete, Eagle Woodworking will package your doors for delivery, taking extra precautions to ensure nothing is damaged during shipping. We offer an internal Eagle Delivery service or customer pick-up for local customers.

    For customers outside of our internal delivery area, we will ship via small parcel or pallet, whichever is cheaper for the customer.

Can I order a single replacement cabinet door?

Yes. Eagle Woodworking has no minimum order requirements. Whether you need a single replacement cabinet door or doors for an entire project, every order is manufactured to your specifications.

What sizes are available?

Cabinet doors are available in custom sizes up to 95" in height or width. All doors are manufactured to the nearest 1/16" with a dimensional tolerance of ± 1/32".

What is the typical lead time?

Cabinet door lead times vary based on current order volume, but most orders ship in approximately 1.5–2 weeks. Current lead-time information is provided with every quote and order acknowledgement. Rush production options are available for qualifying projects.

What information is required to request a quote?

To request a quote, select “quote” under Step 1 on our online order form. Next, simply provide your door dimensions, style selection, material preference, quantity, and any special requirements. Our team will review the information and provide a detailed quote within 1–2 hours during business hours, or the next business day for requests submitted after hours.

What materials are available?

We stock Paint Grade Maple, Maple, White Oak, and MDF in standard 3/4" thickness. Walnut, Red Oak, Cherry, Poplar, and other wood species are available upon request and may require longer lead times. Custom thicknesses are also available.

Can Eagle pre-bore cabinet doors for hinges?

Yes. Pre-drilled hinge boring is available as an option when ordering cabinet doors. Eagle also offers compatible hinge hardware and recommends the appropriate boring configuration based on your cabinet construction and overlay requirements.

What cabinet door finishing options are available?

Cabinet doors are available unfinished, with a single coat of primer, or with a double coat of primer. Eagle does not offer painted or stained cabinet doors.

Are made-to-order cabinet doors suitable for replacement and refacing projects?

Yes. Made-to-order cabinet doors are commonly used for cabinet refacing, remodeling projects, replacement doors, and new custom cabinetry because they are built to your project's exact dimensions.

Can I get a sample before placing an order?

Yes, we offer sample doors at a reduced price so you can evaluate our door styles, construction, materials, and finish quality before placing a larger order.

To request a sample door, simply fill out our easy online quote form and include “Sample Request” in the notes section under Step 8.

How do I measure for cabinet doors?

What if I need a cabinet door style that isn't shown on the website?

In addition to our standard door styles, we offer custom configurations using the rail and stile widths, framing beads, center panels, and outside edge profiles available in our Product Guide.
