Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Eagle Woodworking warrants that all products manufactured by Eagle Woodworking, when built within our published specifications and tolerances, are free from defects in material and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product, provided they receive reasonable treatment and are used in normal residential applications.
Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are not considered defects. Wood is a natural material and will expand and contract with changes in environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.
Exclusions and Limitations
Eagle Woodworking will not be liable for damages resulting from improper handling, storage, installation, finishing, or maintenance of our products.
This warranty does not cover:
-
Finishing, removal, or installation costs.
-
Labor, travel, or other related expenses.
-
Any other materials or products used in conjunction with Eagle Woodworking products.
This warranty covers only the replacement of the original product as ordered, along with standard shipping charges to and from Eagle Woodworking.
Unfinished Product Disclaimer
Warranty coverage will be voided if unfinished or raw wood products are not properly paint-sealed within a reasonable time after receipt.
We cannot be responsible for the conditions affecting products left in an unprotected or unfinished state.
Reasonable Treatment Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, all doors, drawer fronts, and drawer boxes must be:
-
Stored in environments not subject to abnormal heat, cold, dryness, humidity, or direct sunlight.
-
Kept out of freshly plastered buildings, damp basements, or other humid areas.
-
Protected from excessive moisture (including bleaching or high-moisture finishing techniques).
-
Handled and fitted without impairing structural integrity when applying hardware.
-
Properly finished on all sides (front, back, top, bottom, and edges) with an equal number of finish coats as soon as possible after receipt.
Finishing all sides equally is especially important for maple products, as maple is more sensitive to moisture absorption and release — particularly in humid climates and during winter months.
Inspection Upon Receipt
All doors, drawer fronts, and drawer boxes must be inspected upon receipt by the customer. Any claims for defects or damage must be reported prior to installation or finishing.
Summary
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Eagle Woodworking products and does not extend to consequential or incidental damages.
Eagle Woodworking reserves the right to determine the validity of any warranty claim.
